As part of the orientation process, all new Olympic High students and their parents attend an orientation presentation. Students must then complete a one week orientation class called First Step before being enrolled in the regular school program. First Step currently meets from 11:00 to 2:00, Monday Thru Friday.

A varied career education program with speakers, vocational interest and aptitude tests, research on careers,  job shadowing, mock interviews done by business/community partners, and a Future Faire are all available to our students.

Work Experience Education and work permits are available to students, many of whom work full or part time.
