I was born and raised in New York City where I dreamt of pursuing a singer/songwriter career and spent much of my high school time at Madison Square Garden going to concerts. I got a job at MTV in NYC and then I moved to Hollywood where I worked in the music business for a few years. But it was only a matter of time before I found out that my true calling was working with high school students, especially the ones who veer slightly from the usual high school path. I have been doing that now for over 20 years.
I am so happy to have landed here at Olympic High School! I look forward to getting a glimpse at the hearts and souls walking these halls. I am excited to help make the journey through high school a little easier and the prospects for the future a lot brighter.
